Tennant Human Capital Solutions is looking for a qualified Services SETA registered facilitator to oversee the Tennant Academy, a training institution that will provide exceptional SETA registered supervisory and soft skills training in South Africa.

The ideal candidate should:
Have a thorough understanding of the SAQA / NQF framework.
Have project management capabilities – scope, initiate and manage the project to execution.
Be able to work independently.
Have administrative competence.
The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including; clients, SETAs, trainers and learners.
Organisation and coordination skills.
Be an accredited trainer, assessor, (preferably) moderator.
Be able to solve problems.
Have written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to handle pressure.
