Kuseni Dlamini is a graduate of the Universities of KwaZulu-Natal (Durban) and Oxford (UK),where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Kuseni is the former CEO of Old Mutual South Africa and Emerging Markets where he was responsible for Old Mutual’s operations in South Africa, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He gained experience in leading the profitable growth and expansion of Old Mutual in emerging markets, dealing with joint venture partners across different markets and engaging with financial services regulators across various jurisdictions.

 Prior to this, he was the Head of Anglo American South Africa and a member of the Executive Committee of Anglo American plc in London and was Director of Anglo American Platinum.

 The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed Massmart Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Walmart Stores Inc., the largest retailer in the world and a Fortune 100 company.

The JSE-listed Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd, a global specialty and branded multinational pharmaceutical company with a presence in both emerging and developed markets.

The Advisory Board of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), one of South Africa’s leading business schools

Kuseni is also a member of the boards of The American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in SA and the Southern Africa-Canada Chamber of Commerce (SACANCHAM). He assumed the role of Chairman of the Tennant Group Board of Directors in 2020.
